This past week I worked on a health immersion hosted by Whole Foods for it’s employees. Whole Foods is the only company in the country that provides it’s employees with an opportunity to turn their lives around in a week-long immersion of seriously healthy food and self-care practices.
How totally cool is that? Can you imagine the nationwide savings on healthcare if just 10% of companies did this for their employees?!
This immersion came at just the right time for me – talk about needing some sun, sea and sand!
Since January I’ve been going non-stop! So I recently decided to do some blood work to check my hormone levels. I think it was more of an attempt on my part to confirm my suspicions rather than find out what was wrong.
One of the biggest shockers for me was my pitifully low Vitamin D levels. The average range is 32-100 ng/ml (nanogram/milliliter) and I was scraping by with a 22! Yikes, major problem!
In fact, many alternative and naturopathic doctors consider this average range to be incorrect. They suggest an optimal range of 50-100 instead, and recommend getting your levels to at least 50. So, as you can imagine, I was immediately on a mission!
You can get your Vitamin D levels checked by taking this at home Vitamin D Test from Lets Get Checked. Use code Hormones20 to get 20% off the test.
I started to do some research and found some really interesting studies on how Vitamin D impacts our periods:
- The Yale University School of Medicine did a study with 67 women suffering from infertility. Only 7 % of the study participants had normal vitamin D levels! The rest had either insufficient levels or an actual clinical deficiency. In fact, almost 40% of the participants had clinical vitamin D deficiencies.
- A recent study on women with PCOS found that Vitamin D deficiency seems to be linked to the condition. After vitamin D supplementation, absent and/or irregular menstrual cycles began to normalize and dysfunctional uterine bleeding stopped in the majority of participants.
- A study by scientists at the University of Massachusetts found that a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D can help control some emotional symptoms of PMS, such as anxiety, irritability and tearfulness. This is because it helps boost estrogen and progesterone levels in women.
This is why I’ve dubbed Vitamin D the “period vitamin.”
It is clearly connected to our reproductive health and there are distinct conditions that seem to be related to its deficiency. PCOS, Infertility and PMS are epidemic in the modern world. A coincidence? Probably not. And guys, you are affected too:
In men, vitamin D is essential for the healthy development of sperm and it helps maintain semen quality and sperm count. Vitamin D also increases testosterone levels, which boosts libido.
I also learned that vitamin D is not really a fat-soluble vitamin but rather a pre-hormone. The reason for this is because vitamin D acts more like a hormone in the body – it is the only vitamin that the body can manufacture.
Where and how do you get enough vitamin D?
- Well, the first thing I suggest you do is get tested to confirm your vitamin D levels using a 25(OH)D test, also called 25-hydroxyvitamin D. Ask your doctor for this test as it is the most accurate one available.
- The best way to get vitamin D is through sun exposure. You should expose your face, hands and arms to the sun, three or more times a week, for 10-20 minutes, depending on your skin, the season, and the distance from the Equator. The best time of day for this is between 10am-2pm. Most importantly, this exposure to the sun should be without sunscreen, as sunscreen interferes with the production of Vitamin D.
- In addition, you can supplement. Most health experts recommend getting between 2000IU and 5000IU a day depending on the severity of the deficiency. Some other practitioners recommend a much higher dose a day in order to actually move your levels to where they need to be.
- My recommendation is to work with a skilled practitioner who can retest you three months after you begin supplementing. You may also want to follow the Vitamin D Council’s recommendation: If you are deficient, then they recommend 1000IU per 25lbs of body weight daily. If you weigh 125lbs, you’ll take 5000IU a day.
- Make sure if you buy supplements that they contain vitamin D3 and not D2 which actually does not raise blood levels of vitamin D. In addition, vitamin K2 is needed to optimize calcium absorption into the bones instead of depositing it into the lining of the blood vessels. T So your supplement should contain K2 or you should eat fermented foods that are rich in K2, like natto.
- If you choose to supplement, I recommend Seeking Health Vitamin D3 a+ K2 Liquid and Seeking Health Vitamin D3 + K2 Capsules.

Hi Nicole,
I’m not sure if this comment will go through, but I may have the opposite problem. High Vitamin D levels, and no period for the past 6 months. It’s hard to know if there’s any link.. but I run about 20-25 miles a week as well, had anemia that was treated with iron infusions and ongoing supplementation, and was just diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. A very confusing mix of conditions that I hope can be solved!
Hi – also check your b12 levels, anemia often goes hand in hand with b12 deficiency, sublinqual b12 is ideal, especially if you get pins and needles and brain fog. Try brown rice wash water for the amino acids and iron
Hi Nicole!
I wished that I had come across this site sooner! Ever since I had abnormal cells on my cervix (back in 2012 when I first found out), I haven’t had a real normal regular period (consistently). It started even before I found out but I chalked it up to the abnormal cells which can cause irregular periods/bleeding. So, after a long and stressful 2 and a half years of testing and retesting and monitoring, I finally got the NORMAL result! Yay! That was in 2015. So I’ve been tested every year since just to be sure that I had maintained a normal result and I have. Great! I noticed however that my periods never fully went back to normal. They would be normal for a few months then suddenly I would skip a month completely or it would be delayed by like a week or even two weeks! I just accepted it. No matter what I got checked out, it all comes back normal. I’ve literally been through a lot – regular blood work, paps, urine tests, std tests, ultrasounds, pelvic physiotherapy, etc. You name it…. other than an MRI. Since last year (2019) I have been feeling like a total wreck! I can’t think straight, I’m the most fatigued I’ve ever felt, I get dizzy and/or lightheaded, and super stressed. I’ve done numerous testings for that as well. Everything is apparently fine. I finally decided to just start taking Vitamin D3 but in liquid form first. I took it religiously every morning. When I ran out, I switched to pills which is still good! not too long after that, I got my period. I thought it was weird because it was EARLY for once! As I have already stated, I am used to being late, missing one month, and just irregularity in general. Regular for me is like 32 days… but this time it came at like day 25 or 26! That is not “normal” for me. I was actually a bit scared lol because I’m so used to lateness. What calmed me down is I remembered my sister saying “Once I started taking Vitamin D and C, I noticed that my periods have been regular, if not early!” She was so irregular as well and sometimes wouldn’t even get one! I was thinking that this is probably the case for me too. I just wondered why no one ever thought to tell me that. I saw two different family doctors, a naturopath, acupuncturist, chiropractor, physiotherapist, OBGYN, fertility clinic, and an osteopath. Yes, I have been on quite the journey. Only 2 of those people said, “here take Vitamin D” but never told me that could possibly help with my irregularity! I also never gotten pregnant either so maybe that’s why! I’ll see if I ever end up conceiving now. I just wanted to share my story because maybe it will save people time and energy and stress…. it took me like 8 years! Don’t wait that long!
Wow amazing story btw so I’m 18 I only had 2 periods in my full life I think it’s bc my doctor gave me birth control at age 14 bc I never had a period yet I had my period after 5 6 days after taking birth control and I whould not stop bleeding for whole month and then I finally stop taking them myself and it’s my 2nd day on vitman d i hope this works for me just bc I want a baby in the future and have u tryed to get pregant since then if so how did vitman d work?
I just recently went to see my doctor for a sinus infection and for the fact that I was 4 weeks late. I had taken multiple pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. She recommended we do a blood test. When I received the results a week later.. turns out my vitamin d levels were EXTREMELY low… like 7 low… no wonder I felt like utter crap. I’ve been on the highest supplement i could find since. My period started 5 days after started taking them.
My problem started in 2017 where i would miss my periods for like three months then i would bleed the fourth month like whole month and then it will stop again for two months i wouldnt see my periods, i went to different doctors and they would say its hormonal imbalance and they would give me duphaston?. In 2018 my problem worsened whereby i would bleed for three months straight and the blood would only stop if i take tranesamic acid shots but the bleeding would only stop for four days and it will start again. But in the begining of this year i was told i am lacking vitamin d and so i was given 5000 IU of it but i am still experiencing heavy bleeding despite taking vitamin d for over 3 months now. What should i do?
I will encouragé you to ask your doctor to do ultrasound for fibroids.
It’s been a long time since you left your comment but just incase you’re still having an issue, 5000 isn’t always enough. Take 10,000 (just find one that is coupled with K2). I actually took about 20,000 a day for 2 weeks and now a maintenance dose of 5,000 and it fixed all my issues. Go to YouTube and watch dr berg vitamin D to get lots of info about the amounts and why you need K2 with it and stuff
I have been on a holistic journey to balance my hormones and combat my PCOS. I stopped taking birth control in Feb. 2019 after 10 years of BC. I got my period in Feb, March, and April. May I didn’t get a period. I got a new primary care doctor around this time who utilizes holistic methods. When I told her about my unhappiness with my OB/GYN (who doesn’t dive into my PCOS and told me its ok if I don’t ovulate I can just take clomid when I’m ready for kids *rolls eyes*) I was expecting her to tell me to get back on BC BUT she told me to start acupuncture and don’t start taking BC again. She also did full blood work. The result came back “perfect but my vitamin D was low.” I brushed it off cause everyone’s vitamin D is low. Fast forward to August 2019 and I’ve been doing acupuncture AND going to an herbalist (drinking the herbs daily) twice a month and still hadn’t gotten my period. My acupuncturist and my herbalist seems a little worried but they never pressured me, told me not to stress. But I decided to do some digging. I looked at my blood work from my primary care doctor and everything was indeed perfect except my Vit. D. When I looked at the range “insufficient” was from 21 – 39…I was at 20. Lower than low. So I did my own research to see if Vitamin D played a part in my period. Now, thanks to your article, I see it is HUGE for PCOS and periods which prompted me to spend much of my time at work googling my life away and its so much information on this. I ran to the store as soon as I read this. It’s upsetting that after a primary care visit, and many visits to my acupuncturist and herbalist that no one knew about the relations between the two! I’ve been doing 6000 IU and will continue to until I (hopefully) get my period! I also spread this article to all my friends! Thank you!

My vitiamin level at like a 13 , I started taking vitamin d , vitamins , iron . I don’t know what kinda miracle drug vitamin d is but the next month I had absolutely not one cramp I can’t believe it.
Hi, I’m 25 and I always had irregular periods(twice a month) because of PCOS. I had tried every medications, from herbal drops to birth control pills (yasmine, diane,…), nothing worked for me. About a year ago I started taking vit D3 1000IU daily and I’ve seen a major difference in my periods. Litrary my periods regulated since then. I just wanted to admit that vit D is very very important in our life, and I recommand everyone who suffers from period irregulations to check if theirs is balanced or not.

Hi Nicole. Please could you help? I am 46 and have always been fit and healthy with absolutely regular menstrual cycles. Then in 2011, I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my neck and began wearing sunscreen every day diligently. My periods remained almost completely regular then I moved to a less sunny area of UK (near Scotland) in Summer 2014 and continued wearing sunscreen every day. In April 2015, I suddenly (almost overnight) began to feel depressed and had a period that lasted a month and then widely varying cycle lengths after that with light periods. I had no period for 3.5 months until today when I started a light period. I did a self-test vitamin D blood test last week which showed a level of 51 (JUST adequate). As I have no peri-menopausal symptoms apart from my period problems, do you think vitamin d levels might be my problem? My doctors have done blood tests but found no cause for the problem. I would be really happy if you could answer this! Thanks.
Hi Nicola,
I’ve had almost identicle issue to you. At 25 I was diagnosed with 4 BCC on my body. Had treatment for them and being closely monitored now. I stopped taking the pill around the same time and had a lot of personal stress. My periods became irratic, heavy, unbearably painful, I developed severe acne, extra hair growth, migraines and weight keeps falling off me. I was told it was PCOS or stress and there was nothing they could do. Over the last year it’s got worse and I’ve been exhausted, completely washed out and feeling generally ill almost everyday.
After countless blood tests for thyroid, diabtes and all sorts I saw a female doctor who recognised I was severally deficient in Vit D. Which she said was down to my wearing factor 50! Everyday since my bcc diagnosis and she also thinks it’s disturbed my menstral cycles.
I’ve been on a vit supplement and fish oils for a week and feeling so much better already. Hoping it’s not just placebo but finally feel as if I may be on my way to just feeling normal again. Who knew vitamin d was important?
So glad to hear you are doing so much better after such a short period of time! 🙂
It could be that your vitamin D is too low for your unique body. Also, the sun isn’t the only cause of skin cancer. What’s happening with your diet, stress levels, gut health and exercise? All of these components contribute to cancer, no matter where it’s located in the body. So you should be looking at your health in a holistic way to determine what is going on. Vitamin D is just one factor to consider. Hope this helps. <3
I didn’t even have a number that’s how bad I need vitamin d
My Vit D level is 11.5!! I’m a total emotional wreck. Thankfully on a high dose of it now.. My iron is also painfully low :/
You mention vitamin d raising testosterone, would that be problematic for me as I’m already dealing with acne and pcos 🙁
That’s in men 🙂 If your vitamin D is low, you should be getting in the sun, eating wild caught fatty fish and supplementing (only under the supervision of a practitioner who can determine how much you need). Hope this helps! xo
I had a regular period until in may when I went for my annual physical and did some blood tests. One of the tests came back saying that my vitamin d3 was really low it was at a 9 so I was told to pick my prescription at the pharmacy immediately. It was some capsules of vitamin d3 5000iu I was supposed to use one once a week. In may I got a period in June my period was late and I had stomach pains really bad along with terrible gas .It was affecting my job so I stopped taking the d3 and the first week that I stopped taking the d3 I’ve had my period now for almost a month just lite bleeding but bleeding none the less so one Tuesday evening I decided to give it another try cause I can’t get enough from the sun. When I woke up on Wednesday no blood I was so happy and I also had so much energy but it came back Wednesday evening along with the pain so I went online and did some research so I got a bottle of vitamin b5 from amazon. I woke up this morning with the pain in my stomach and bloated I took one of the b5 passed some gas went to the toilet and this is the best I’ve been in months i’m going to see how it works with my period and insomnia.
I have been dealing with Menstrual issues fro 7 years. It comes Once in 90 days and bleeds very heavily and just cant function.my Gynecologyst put me on BC on and off as a treatment to regularize cycles for eevery 28 days. When the treatment is stopped, i don’t get periods or ovulate. consequently i put on 80pounds and was very hard to maintain weight. I have been tested for thyroid multiple times all these years and found it to be normal for year. Recently i’m have had spine chills. when i checked with ortho, my b12 levels very low about 160 and D3 levels are 15. After taking suppliments for 3 months for b12 and D, iam gettign my periods regulary. Such a relief.
Hi there! I’m very thankful to have found this site! My fiance and I have been going through a “pregnancy scare” for the past few days… as we are not yet ready to make the leap into parenting another little one at this time. I only had some spotting this month (my period barely showed up), and I’ve been naucious, cramping, had migraines, and lactating, but all pregnancy tests have come back negative. He suggested that I look online to see if these symptoms are related to the high, weekly dosage of vitamin D supplement that I’ve been taking for about 6 weeks or so. My doctor determined that I only have 8% vitamin D in my body. WOW that’s extremely low, I know. I believe I’ve always had a vitamin D deficiency, but didn’t know it. I’ve suffered from depression, low energy, migraines, irregular periods, Endometreosis and abnormal paps, easily fractured bones, and cracking of my joints since my early pre-teen years! Since 2008 I’ve tried prescribed meds for migraines, depression, and the rest of these symptoms as well, with no relief. I pray that this new Vitamin D supplement that I’ve started taking, along with a select diet and more sunshine, will “cure” ALL of my issues.
I have had extremely heavy periods my entire life until this past year where I have been only have a pink spot each month. I am 47 so I thought I was going through menopause (a little early for my genetics). But last month I got a period, somewhat heavy and then I just got my period again. I thought my period reappeared because my 13 year old daughter just had menarche and you know how two women living in the same house can affect each other…until I realized that since the warmer months are here I stopped taking my vitamin D. The timing coincides perfectly with my getting my period again. I started right up on my Vitamin D last night.
Could this be the reason I began menstruating again? I have to say, after being anemic my entire life due to heavy periods, it was wonderful to have that 6 month break with no real period.
I am feeling so sick on my period, and have struggled with vitamin D levels for a few years now. I am now going to religiously be getting out in the sun and taking the supplements I have. I am done skipping medications, supplements and exercise and eating the best foods I can. I really want to feel my best, and I need to really be on top of everything because how can I feel my best if I’m not doing what I need to do.
I am so thankful I read this. It really is a wake up call for me to just get to doing things I need to do and stop over thinking things.
I’m so proud of you, Sarah. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. xo
Ive, been on vit d3 since April 15 2015 since I gyn told me to. I was suppose to have my periods 2 days ago so was wondering of it had anything to do with taking the d3? Going to wait 2 more days otherwise will consult my dr
I am 22, always regular as a teenager. When I meet my husband 5 years ago I began birth control. When we finally decided it was time for kids I stopped my bc. No period came. I went to doctor after doctor they diagnosed me with pcos. But I just didn’t think that was right since I’ve always been regular. I saw a new doc and she tested me for vitamin d deficiency. My vit. D level was 11. She started me on a perscription strength supplement. 100,000 ui a week. I took my first dose and 2 days later my period returned after a year of being off bc. I’m praying my cycles continue and become regular again.
That is amazing and it shows just how powerful the right food and supplementation can be. Thanks for sharing your story Sarah!
There are a lot of incredible questions on here, but it’s so much easier to get clear answers in our Know Your Flow Facebook group. Just paste the following link into your browser:http://tinyurl.com/pkflo6r

This is me to a T I so need help with the same issues.
I am 25 years old and i am facing problem in my periods. My periods are regular but i dont have flow.
I dont have pcod and other hormonical tests are normal as well.
I have been working out regularly and keep a check on my diet, but still i am not able to loose and gaining weight.
But when i got my vitamin d tested, it came as 4. Is this the reason of my eeight gain and less bleeding?
I had stopped taking vitamin d around the time my period started.. My period is now going on for two weeks. Can me not taking the vitamin d have something to do with that?
Hey Victoria-
I’d have to know a lot of your background info in order to tell if this was the case. I just added an amazing course on the website that deals with Vitamin D in depth! You can check it out here: https://nicolejardim.com/pms/
I am a 16 year old girl who, until recently, had not gotten her period. This concerned me, as I was experiencing all of the other signs of periods and developing normally. I went to the doctor and saw that I had extremely low amounts of vitamin D, though my thyroid levels were normal. I started taking a 1,000 IU vitamin D supplement. After about a month, I got my period. I suggest going and getting your blood tested if you are having period irregularities, and vitamin D is a great help.
I have terrible periods for the last couple of years.I am 45.I thought its premenopause , or the age I dont know.I kind of know when I’m going to get it.I feel extremely weak, headaches, chills, super thirsty.I felt like I was getting sick literally. No energy, sometimes I would get a urine infection also. All the doctors would say is drink alot of water and stay away from coffee ,during my menstrual cycle. Not helping much.I feel depressed, when that time comes….helpless,Paula
I recently had a sleep study for a multitude of reasons. The Dr also did some bloodwork. Nothing big was noted in the study but the blood work showed a D deficiency (I don’t remember the exact number but it was low).
They recommend I start taking Vitamin D daily. Well 4 days in I started my period a week and a half early. I was originally thinking it was me eliminating the 25 mg of daily caffeine but after reading this Im wondering if it’s not the D.
It also gave me diarrhea. So, so far I am feeling MORE drained(literally) than less taking it.
I’m am so grateful for this site! My 13 year old daughter has suffered non-stop period for 4 months. I kept telling her doctors to check her Vit D levels. I was diagnosed at level 14 a few months back and saw many of the same symptoms in my daughter. But the kept refusing. After 10 days of dosing het myself with D3 drops her period has stopped! Because of this site I know now that it was the Vit D
Crystal,
That’s fantastic! I’m SO GLAD you were able to get help with my site. It’s what keeps me going! 🙂
I’ve never had a natural period before.
I was trying to conceive a few years a go and got nowhere. My mum and sister were both found to be severely vitamin D deficient, and so I thought I’d join them when they started taking vitamin D3 and I’ve also started going on sunbeds, only once a week for 3mins as it’s never sunny where I live. I’ve been doing this for 3 months and in that time I’ve had 2 periods! Wasn’t expecting this side effect at all – but I’m so pleased 🙂
I think it’s worth a try if you’ve had problems with your cycles in the past!
Glad I found this website to show me there was a link 🙂
Aww, thank you so much Sasha! So glad it could be of help!
My cycle was at every sixty days suddenly, a change which occurred over a few months and stuck. I went to the doc for routine testing and found my level was eighteen. I started 2000 a day of Vit D, and when I started feeling more energetic and not cold all the time, I switched to 4000. after the first month, my period was 40 days, then a really weird period at thirty days which was spotty. Now I’m consistently at thirty days, and switching to the sun for the summer to see if it sticks. Also, still not cold all the time. I even sleep with the heater off like a normal person.
I took D-3 for 6 months ,because my blood test said it was low and the Doctor suggested it. After the first month of taking D-3 my periods stopped. When I told the Doctor she said it wasn’t the D3 but it was because after I went OFF of D3 my periods where normal again and just like clock work, on time.
Never again will I take D-3 in a pill form.
I’ll stick to getting it with the sun and eating mushrooms.
Not everyone has the same out come of trying D-3 but I think it is important that the truth be told so if someone else is having the same issues that there not alone.
That’s also testament to the power of knowing your own body – well done for sticking to your guns!
Thank You so much for sharing your story. I have been taking vitamin d3 for around 2yrs now and ever since my periods have only been 1 day.. I was seriously thinking something there could really be wrong with me. I am glad to see that I am not the only one that has been affected like this from this vitamin.
Hi Wendy,
I don’t know if you will see my message or not. But if do, plz reply. I am also taking vitamin d from 2.5 years. I also have only 1 or 1.5 days period, the flow is not good. I have some other health issues too. But now i am wondering if taking vitamin d causing my period problem.
Do you stop taking vitamin d. Does your period came back to normal.
Thank you so much.
I have been experiencing irregular periods for 6 months (menstruating at least once every 2 weeks or more for the first few months and once every week or more the sixth month). Everything else is normal except my Vitamin D level is at 13. My doctor recommended a 5000IU D3 supplement for 3 months, and then if levels are back to normal, she recommends staying on 2000IU D3 daily.
Hi, My situation is completely different than yours. I have always had very regular periods.
About 4 months ago I went to my obgyn to remove my IUD and she tested my D levels because I’m trying to get pregnant.
My vit D levels were too low so I started 5k D3 supplement.
Since I’m taking it my periods are very irregular. The first month I got my period 2 times.
the second month it was a very low flow and the period started later.
Third month the same.
Fourth month started sooner and only one day of duration with low flow, plus I’m not pregnant yet.
I have a beautiful 2yr old daughter so I know that I’m not sterile.
I also took magnesium because I read that the magnesium supplement has to be taken with vit D3 to boost periods.
Since I know that vitamin D3 is a prehormone that can low the progesterone and estrogen levels, do you know if it can be act as a contraceptive?
Thank you.
Thanks for the article. I was browsing web to understand relationship between vitamin d3 and menstrual cycle as my periods were delayed by 20 days (not usual for me) I got the blood test done result was shocking, vitamin d 3 level was 6 a way too low. I was given the supplements and next day I got periods. This clearly proves the relationship. Thanks again
At 42, my periods just stopped, after being perfectly regular my entire life. My doc did a lot of tests, and found my D level to be 9. I can only guess how long I was deficient before symptoms began. I went on 50k IU a week for 3 months, then 5k IU every other day. A couple of months later, my level was 22. I upped my dose to 10k IU a day. I am happy, and not happy, to say, my cycle is back to normal.
I have been dealing with menstral issues and receiently had my annual exam and my D level was very low, they put me on a weekly D prescrition for 8 wks and also referred me to a specialist who want to do a D&C, however, after ready this maybe I should hold off and see if the D helps on its own.
Hi T! It’s great that you are getting guidance on your situation. If you’d like some help from me, please e-mail

Thanks, yah I would love that (if t’s free lol).
I’ve been married for about a year and 4 months and we have been actively trying. My periods are irregular ( everymonth its different ). I got my hormones tested and seems that weren’t balanced.
So, I changed my diet, got sun exposure about 3 times a week, exercise and now my hormones are all good except for my lh. Supposedly, my doctor says thautt mylh is suppressing my fsh. Which is the reason I have spotting 5 or 6 days before my period. And it makes my luteal phase short and overall affects my fertility.
She put me on hormone therapy to regulate my cycles. But I don’t believe in medicine so I’m trying to get better naturaly.
Hi love, this is obviously a huge problem that is not going to go away if you stay on hormonal birth control. If you’d like to get an expert’s opinion, send us an email to

Your welcome Christina! You should definitely get your levels tested as soon as possible. Take good care! 🙂
Nicole, thanks for sharing this. I’ve had PCOS for a long time and I have no idea where my vitamin D levels are at. I literally want to go get tested ASAP!
