Mimi Millard is the founder and CEO of De Lune Wellness. After earning her environmental engineering degree from Cornell University, she worked in the world of sustainable design before striking out on her own to change how the world cares for menstrual health. She is deeply motivated by her own experience growing up with debilitating period pain and PMS and lacking healthy relief options. She works to eliminate this problem for her three younger sisters and future generations. Since bringing De Lune to market in 2020, she has partnered with leading period pain researchers at Harvard Medical, bringing life-changing relief to tens of thousands. Mimi’s mission is to end menstrual suffering, spread honest education, and be a big sister to everyone on their healing journey.

In this conversation, Mimi and I discuss the pervasive myths surrounding endometriosis, why it’s crucial for everyone to care about this condition, the societal consequences of neglecting it, Mimi’s journey of discovering alternative treatments for period pain, the profound impact that alternative approaches have on endometriosis and overall health, and so much more. Enjoy the episode!
