The Period Pain PRotocol

Follow these steps to complete this protocol

Step 1:

Avoid the following oils:

  • Canola Oil
  • Corn Oil
  • Soybean Oil
  • Peanut Oil
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Safflower Oil
  • Cottonseed Oil
  • Grapeseed Oil
  • Palm oil
  • Margarine
  • Shortening

This can be difficult as 95% of everything we buy has one of these oils in it.  Even products you purchase from health food stores.  So check the label!

Step 2:

Add these oils to your diet:

  • Coconut Oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Ghee
  • Lard
  • Grass-fed butter

Step 3:

Add foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids:

  • salmon
  • mackerel
  • sardines
  • avocados
  • walnuts
  • flax seeds
  • chia seeds


Step 4:

Buy grass-fed meats and free range chickens & eggs
