We women work hard to stay on top of everything we do! We expect ourselves to have the same energy levels every single day of every single month but we can’t because our bodies function in a cyclical way. It all begins with the lovely bleeding phase, which can last from 3-7 days. The bleeding phase is very much like the winter season in that women usually have lower energy levels and typically want to ‘hibernate’ during this time.
